Founders Marc Heathcock and Joseph Kamacho started East Coast Lumpers to improve the inefficiencies of shipping and receiving by providing qualified, underrepresented candidates to local warehouses in Virginia. Quickly, ECL grew to meet the demand of the ongoing labor shortage in the United States and expanded operations from the East Coast to Nationwide.
By leveraging founder expertise and a reliable, skilled, and professional workforce, ECL met the demands of the increasing market.
ECL became adept at running simultaneous projects for multiple clients, while maintaining constant contact with the evolving needs of each.
